It is located at 4 rue Pierre Brossolette in Saint Martin d’Hères, on the edge of Grenoble and the campus, 400 meters from the tram stops Les Taillées-Universités (lines B and D), Hector Berlioz-Universités (lines C, D and E) and Péri-Brossolette (lines C and E), 2 tram stops from the Faculty of Medicine. Quiet area, in a dead end, 100m from a pizzeria and a taco restaurant.
The studio is furnished: kitchenette with fridge, combined microwave oven, electric kettle, bed, library, crockery. A washing machine, a dryer, a bicycle garage and a garden are in shared use by tenants. All charges (cold water, hot water, gas heating, electricity and wifi internet) are included in the rental price.
